Steak marinated in BBQ sauce and peppers
2 steaks of your own choice
1/2 cup of your favorite BBQ Sauce, I used Honey BBQ sauce
1/4 of an onion diced
1/4 red bell pepper (Cored and with out seeds)
1/4 yellow bell pepper (Cored and with out seeds)
1/4 orange bell pepper (Cored and with out seeds)
1 minced clove of garlic
1/4 teaspoon of Parsley
1/2 teaspoon of basil
Wash, cut and prepare all the peppers, onion , and garlic. Toss in to a big zip lock bag. Add the Parsley and basil in to the bag. Add the steaks and the BBQ sauce, take out all the air, and seal the bag. Shake/toss the bag till the steaks are well coated with sauce. Let the steaks marinate from the morning till dinner time.
Cook on low to medium heat till they are cooked.
My husband made baked potatoes and we boiled some sweet corn for this meal.
I was so hungry that I forgot to take photos of the colorful steaks. They were very good, tender, and they soaked up the BBQ sauce really well. I can not wait to have these steaks again!
