When I first came across this in my Campbells cook book… I wanted to make it right then and there. These were amazing and filling.
Picante Chicken Quesadillas
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbells condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/4 cup picante sauce
1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
8 flour tortillas (8 inches) warmed
1. Heat the oven to 425
2. Mix the condensed soup with the Picante sauce and the chicken in a small bowl.
3. Place the tortillas on 2 baking sheets. Top half of each tortilla with 1/4 cup of the mixture. Spread to within 1/2 inch of the edge. Moisten the edges of tortilla with water. Fold over and press the edges together.
4. Bake for 5 minutes or until hot.
