I was given a bag of peaches from my clarinet teacher. I did not know what I wanted to make with them till today. I came across a recipe for a fruit smoothie. It made the perfect desert and it was healthy to boot. The tangy peaches complimented the vanilla yogurt.
I froze 1 1/2 cups of yogurt
peeled 2 1/2 cups of peaches
I blended the yogurt and peaches.
It is simple and amazing!
