Parmesan Crusted Chicken

I have seen this recipe advertised on television for a long time. I decided well why not!? It is a very simple recipe to make and wow it is juicy and crunchy! We ate two pieces of chicken each. I mixed the Mayonnaise, Parmesan, Italian seasonings, garlic powder and some black pepper together. I then spread the mixture on to the chicken and covered it with panko bread crumbs. I then placed the chicken bread crumbs side down, and then spread the mayonnaise on the other side. Then I sprinkled more panko bread crumbs on the top. It took around 30 minutes to cook completely through and brown up. I know we will make this again.
1/2 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lbs.)
4 tsp. Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Combine Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise with cheese in medium bowl. Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Evenly top with mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  3. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
